Fletcher Davis

Fletcher is willing to tackle most anything about Christ and Creation
Fletcher Davis is a priest (retired) who offers sermons during the Liturgy, evening programs, and power point presentations. He and his wife, Elizabeth sometimes work as a team. They have done classes, quiet days, and committee work which included helping to establish a parish greening committee. He's willing to travel from his Whidbey Island home; he's willing to talk for as long as asked, he can make most times work if given adequate advance notice. All this for mileage reimbursement!
Jessie DyeJessie's greatest expertise is on the subject of Advocacy for all Creation
Jessie Dye is an attorney and organizer on behalf of a faith response to climate and environmental stewardship. She teaches people of faith why and how to get involved in supporting laws that protect Creation. Most of the Adult Education Classes that she teaches are around an hour long. She's willing to participate in a panel, or do longer day long classes. She's willing to travel in the state of Washington. When she travels she needs to be paid for mileage or transportation out of the Seattle area. She's available any time with enough notice. There is an honorarium which ranges from $75-$150 for her small non-profit, Earth Ministry. She would prefer to speak to groups of 20-40. As Earth Ministry is national and is doing some work for Province VIII of the ECUSA, she would love to have the opportunity to lead classes in the province.
Moira Fulton

Moira Fulton speaks about our Christian response to the other part of creation: the Animals. She speaks about how we live our Christian values in relationship with the non-human animals with which we share this planet. She speaks from 30 to 90 minutes. She needs a power source and projector for her laptop and is willing to speak anywhere in the diocese from April through December. She's willing to speak to any size group and there is no fee.

Elizabeth Hardisty
Elizabeth is a presenter for the Climate Project, on the Genesis Covenant, and on other environmental stewardship topics
Elizabeth Hardisty has been trained by Al Gore himself to show An Inconvenient Truth. She has a new and updated version available for faith groups that includes pertinent bible verses. She can talk about developing and nurturing a green ministry group at church. She can show Steven Charleston's the Genesis Covenant speech. She can lead group discussions on various topics where faith and the environment intersect. She has Rethinking Consumerism, A Sanctuary for Wildlife, too?, Gardening for Wildlife, and A green Rule of Life ready to go. She likes to talk to have a casual friendly talk to 10 to 30 people. She would present a program for an hour or so that includes slides, or uses other existing video materials. If she is traveling a distance from her Mercer Island home, she would appreciate a no-cost place to stay. She's available to speak most times with advance notice. There is no fee.
Gary Lagerloef
Gary is a research scientist and one of the authors of the Genesis Covenant
Gary has a PhD in Oceanography, is a research scientist, and is an expert on satellite measurements. He will speak to any size group within 2 hours of Seattle or Bainbridge Island. He would need a PC projector and screen and only asks to offset his travel expenses.
Nancy McConnell
Nancy wants to love and serve God in all of his creation
Nancy McConnell is Chair of the Bishop's Committee for the Environment, Diocese of Olympia, and a Creation Steward at St. John's, Snohomish. She brings community-building experience to churches starting a faith and environment group, skills that she gained as a manager of community watershed projects. She can provide presentations based on the talks at the HOPE Conference by Bishop Steven Charleston, by the Most Rev. Dr. Katharine Jefferts Schori, and by theologian Dr. Sallie McFague. A life-time organic gardener, she can also speak on how gardening and "buying local " fit into care of Creation. Nancy prefers informal presentations with lots of discussion and sharing of ideas, but will have slides, DVDs, and photos to share. Schedule is flexible, but Nancy needs to be contacted well in advance. No fee, but mileage reimbursement, please.
Pat believes caring for the earth is a Christian responsibility
Pat Milliren has a M.S. in Plant Ecology and has worked for the National Park Service as an environmental educator and interpreter and as a greenhouse/ wilderness restoration ranger (now retired). She has been involved in Lay Environmental Ministry since the 1980's. She would love to work with liturgy and has done a few sermons. She'd like to talk about what folks would want her to. She doesn't like to drive, especially at night, so she might need to stay overnight. She is willing to speak on the Olympic Peninsula as she lives in Port Angeles and would appreciate travel expenses.
Carla Valentine PryneCarla has a passion for spirituality and the environment
Carla Valentine Pryne is the co-founder of Earth Ministry and was its first executive director. She has worked in this field since 1998. She speaks about spirituality and the environment, the history of the eco-church movement, getting a group started in your church and bible studies and theology around the topic. She's willing to speak for up to ½ day, she would need a mike and newsprint, she's willing to speak to any size group, and she'd like to go where it is drivable from Seattle. She's available dependent on her schedule, but not on Sunday as she is a parish priest. Carla is also willing to do speaker training.
Andy Varyu
Andy specializes in motivating youth

Andy Varyu is a postulant to the Episcopal priesthood and has hatched a project called TSCOOL which raises money for youth groups, saves communities money, and reduces our carbon impact through partnership with local energy utilities. Andy is willing to speak anywhere in Puget Sound Energy's territory. He needs at least a 3 week notice, video projector, microphone, and there is a fee that could be waived if your group conducts an ITSCOOL campaign. He's willing to speak from 6 to 500 people.
