The purpose of the Records Management Program of the Diocese of Olympia is fourfold: To ensure
the proper maintenance, protection, retention and disposition of all diocesan records in compliance
with administrative, fiscal and legal requirements; to preserve the historical record of the Diocese; to
provide efficient retrieval of and appropriate access to diocesan records; and to accomplish the
above in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
