Board of Directors

The Board is the governing body of the Diocese of Olympia, Inc. which holds title to all diocesan property and investments. It is the body that is authorized to obligate the corporation by entering into contracts. The Board sets diocesan policies for appropriate investments and cash management vehicles. Much of the Board’s business is devoted to reviewing loan requests from congregations seeking financing for capital projects. The Board reviews requests and sets loan terms for loans from the Mission Development Fund and the Building Loan Fund. All requests for such loans should be addressed to the Treasurer of the Diocese.
